TITIRANGI POTTERS CLUB

Titirangi Potters Club is a vibrant group, located in the Waitakere ranges, on Auckland's western fringe. The studio, situated amongst temperate rainforest, is well-equipped with kilns, wheels, and workspace. Members, both amateurs and accomplished potters, take part in local and national exhibitions throughout New Zealand, and work in a wide range of ceramic styles.

During the open weekend (Saturday) then group will have an exhibition of recent work (some works can be purchased) - as well as a demonstration of a raku firing (glazing work in a fire pit). You can see members working and see the beautiful raku glazes coming out of the fire on our work.

The Titirangi Potters will also be doing a public raku firing, where members of the public visiting can fire a bowl to take home. (see under EVENT listings here)
