UPSTAIRS GALLERY
The man who mistook a picasso for his pot
An exhibition of illustrated ceramic pots, platters and plates from the residents of A Supported Life, adults with learning difficulties – exhibited along with their tutor Anna Crichton’s illustrated ceramic platters.
Bright sculptural imagery on oval platters reminiscent of Victorian portraits, and Bernard Pallisy’s sculptural ceramic work. Very affordable, enormously unique, sometimes challenging, and just in time for Christmas.
PLUS two drop-in workshops:
Saturday: Anita Ferrick, a member of the Upstairs Gallery and maker of many things, has been creating for many years. Anita will be demonstrating how to up-cycle plastic milk bottles into beautiful wearable art/jewellery.
Saturday & Sunday: Children’s craft table – children of all ages are welcome to drop by and get stuck into some craft making.
NB: Exhibition open until Sunday 4th December
