Marketing Checklist
A simple, one-page guide with ideas to help you promote your studio before, during and after the event.
You don't need to be a marketing expert. A few thoughtful posts, personal invitations and behind-the-scenes updates can make a big difference.

Help spread the word about Open Studios Waitākere! We've put together a collection of ready-to-use graphics, logos, posters and promotional assets for you to download and share.
Use them across your social media, website, newsletters or wherever you'd like to promote your involvement. Every share helps more people discover the artists and creative spaces taking part.

We've created some Canva templates to make promoting your studio easy!
Simply open the Canva template, select File > Make a copy to create your own version, then customise it with your studio name, artwork, images and details.
You can change the photos and text to suit your studio, but we encourage you to keep the Open Studios branding and event information in place so everything feels connected.
Once you're happy, download your design as a PNG or JPG and share it across your social media channels. Don't forget to tag Open Studios Waitākere so we can see and share your posts too!

Visitor Sheets
Visitor Sheets are a way to stay connected with people who are interested in your work.
If you collect visitor names and email addresses, please make sure visitors know how their information will be used and have agreed to receive future communications.
Visitor Stat Sheets
Help us understand the impact of Open Studios Waitākere by recording your approximate visitor numbers, sales and any feedback from the weekend.
This information helps us report back to the Waitākere Ranges Local Board and make the event even better in future years.
